A Holistic Approach

A comprehensive approach - addressing both psychological and physiological factors. This adult course will not only teach psychological coping strategies, but also investigate whether you have any reflexive actions in your nervous system that could be contributing to your anxiety.
Through a blend of self-analysis and practical workshops, you'll learn how to better connect with your body and find personalised techniques to calm your nervous system.
