Are you navigating life after cancer and looking to process how you feel and reconnect with yourself? Join Rebecca for a series of therapeutic journaling sessions designed for women who have completed active cancer treatment.
The 60-minute sessions begin with a calming moment of stillness, followed by guided journalling prompts to inspire self-reflection and self-compassion. Share as much or as little as you wish in this safe, nurturing space—this is your personal journey.
Journalling offers a powerful way to process emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with life beyond cancer, guiding your focus toward hope and possibility. Rebecca, a wellbeing and resilience coach and certified therapeutic journalling practitioner, draws on her own experience of breast cancer recovery in these sessions. £10 per session
