Living with Anxiety: Befriending & Tending to Fears and Worries

Join us for a half-day retreat, in person or online, focused on managing anxiety, fear, and worry. 

Through teachings, guided meditation, and nervous-system practices rooted in Buddhist principles, you'll learn to break free from anxious thought loops and respond with greater clarity and calm. 

Led by experienced Buddhist meditation teacher David Oromith, who has a background in mental health services, this event aims to be supportive and practical, leaving you inspired with new tools to handle everyday stress.
