I'm Jill. my background is in nursing and teaching, and I'm a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist. I've always had an active interest in nutrition; definitely a foodie. my interest widened with the needs of my autistic son; 80% of those on the autistic spectrum have gut issues. The health of the gut is paramount to the nervous system too, including our endocrine glands, and at certain times like menopause. Everything is linked!
