Join our free Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop this autumn on and learn techniques and tools which will help you to refocus and manage stress or anxiety, improving your mental and physical health. You will gain a basic understanding of mindfulness, its amazing benefits and the joys of meditation through daily practice.
