Rachel Jamison has been practicing as a nutritionist for over 20 years specialising in gut health and the benefits of plant based nutrition, she also has a diploma in Ayurveda and naturally integrates this into her consultations .
Rachel has run a plant based cookery school for 10 years teaching children and adults how to have fun and be creative with healthy plant based ingredients and she runs groups sessions and talks at the wellbeing centre.
