Saturdays 10-11am, from 6th August to 10th September
Pilates for Runners is a 6-week specialist Pilates course (designed by the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute), which focuses on three key essential components for using Pilates with runners- Posture, Strength and Flexibility. Over the 6-week course, we will focus on improving balance and posture control of the running body, improving core control and core strength, improving flexibility, resisting fatigue, reducing the risk of running injury and promoting post-run recovery. As such, this Pilates course is suitable for recreational runners looking to improve their running form, core strength and posture control, to more advanced runners looking to reduce injury and aid in recovery over longer endurance distances.
Places are limited so advanced booking is essential. Discount will be applied for early-bird booking at £50 for the 6-week course before 30th July, or £60 thereafter.
The 6-week course will run on Saturday mornings, from 6th August to 10th September at 10am- 11am.
