This is your community and space to feel safe, informed and nourished. We practice the movements, breath, visualisations and relaxations that will sustain you throughout your pregnancy. Easing physical issues, calming mental/emotional anxiety, promoting good sleep and deep baby bonding. You gain more and more confidence in your body. We become familiar with the movements, breath and sounds of birth, so you will feel ready for birth when the time comes.
