Relax and Restore for Parents/caregivers

Take an hour for yourselves. Being a parent can be exhausting. It is important you support your well-being during this beautiful journey. This in tum filters down to your family. In this class we will use meditation, breath work, slow mindful movement and sound to relax and restore the mind and body. £8 per person
