In this workshop, we will explore practices that can help you to sleep deeply.

• Understand sleep patterns. • Learn practises to help you relax before bed. • Explore what to do if you wake in the night. • Calm your nervous system with your breath. • Learn how your lifestyle affects your sleep.

Includes 40 minute Yoga practice, information sharing, opportunities for questions and resources to take away. The workshop is a hybrid session, you can come in person or join via Zoom.
