NEW weekly Somatic Yin & Yoga Nidra class starting 6th July
Sundays 7.15-8.30pm
This ongoing weekly class is a therapeutic, deeply nurturing journey designed to restore balance in the body and mind.
Somatic Yin focuses on releasing deep-seated tension, blockages, and stagnant energy through gentle, supported postures, working with fascia, breath, and subtle energy pathways. It’s an embodied approach that helps you reconnect to the intelligence of your own body.
From there, we’ll transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that reprograms the subconscious mind, supports nervous system regulation, and leaves you in a state of profound rest, rejuvenation, and clarity.
These classes are for anyone seeking a more embodied, healing approach to yoga—ideal for those who feel burned out, disconnected, or are simply looking to slow down, soften, and reset.
