Slow Flow Yoga

Thursday 4.30-5.30pm

 

Slow Flow Yoga: A more soothing paced vinyasa flow class. The classes are designed to create space in body and mind, assisting practitioners to release tension held.  Every class will include pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures) and space for relaxation.

This is an open level class that welcomes all levels and abilities, whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to Yoga.
