Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) is a specially developed sequence of movements, aiming to promote physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing. TMW could benefit everyone, at all ages and stages. It’s easy to learn, you can sit or stand, or a combination of the two. A unique and simple sequence you can take with you and practice, with the aim to improve confidence, balance and reduce stress and tension.
