Your journey will begin with Pranayama. Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on breath. In Sanskrit, prana means "vital life force", and Yama means to gain control. Pranayama refers to breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and so the flow of PRANA- life force energy. Pranayama Practice also helps to connect our body and mind. Calms Us. As we move further into this experience, we will visit Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga or Mindfulness yoga is known for moving meditation, where you calm your mind and create awareness through the poses. The practice of mindfulness Yoga is an experience achieve a divine connection with the universe. For our final Relaxation we will indulge in Yoga Nidra and Reiki meditation to balance and heal Chakra points. This is the moment to experience, in which you will totally dive into the emotional and physical BLISS !!! This workshop is suitable for all levels. Advance booking essential.
