This supportive 4-week course combines gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help ease symptoms of anxiety and low mood. Each session introduces techniques to calm the nervous system, regulate emotions, and reconnect with the body in a safe and compassionate way.
No yoga experience is needed, and all practices will be adapted to suit individual needs. This course is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, low in energy, or looking for a nurturing space to support their mental wellbeing. £39 for all 4 sessions
