The stabilisation and balancing of the central nervous system is paramount to both physical and mental health. It is never too early, nor too late to feel ourselves well established in our own centre. The practice is gentle and spacious, giving each person time to feel and integrate. The sessions are suitable for everyone at whatever stage of their lives, who would like to walk the ancient path of Yoga to come in touch with the deeper layers of their body, mind and soul. Children’s Mindfulness and Meditation Journey

Students receive healing during classes if the need arises.The qi gong classes include simple standing, sitting or lying down exercises, meditation & chanting for calming the mind.
