Mum & Baby Yoga

Calling Mums, Dads , Carers and Babies from newborn to walking. Bonding, playful, nurturing, soothing and supportive. The ultimate in relational yoga - a sweet dialogue of movement, song and connection between mum and little one. Lets not parent in isolation but come together to connect in the challenging/rewarding path of parenthood. It takes a village to grow a child !
Supporting you and little one to calm nervous systems and bring them into coherence. This will relieve many of the challenges that can arise in the first year. Plenty of yoga for Mum to tone, strengthen and enjoy her body. Even to relax and recharge. No previous yoga experience necessary!

Children’s Mindfulness and Meditation Journey

In these classes we will explore mindfulness in a fun, practical way. We will learn to meditate using a variety of techniques, visualisation, breath work, body scans, PMR, movement, sound and many more. In my classes it is about planting the seed of meditation and mindfulness and encouraging it to grow. Functional Strength and Mobility Class

A whole body movement class to develop functional strength, joint mobility and balance, helping you to feel strong for life. Working with body weight, weights and resistance bands, this class is designed to improve your overall strength for everyday activities. Pain Management Support Group

Pick up tips on how to reduce the effect pain has on your day-to-day life. Beth Cox, pain management coach, will introduce a topic to chat about over a cup of tea. In these group sessions, you’ll learn about what’s happening in your body and mind when you're living with persistent or reoccurring pain. When we have a better awareness and understanding of what’s happening, we can experiment with tools that can help manage the secondary effects of pain. Sanskrit Chanting for Peace - The Prayer of Sri Rudram

Performed daily in temples across India, Sri Rudram is a profound 3500-year-old hymn from the sacred Vedas. Hearing it invokes peace, protection, well-being and the removal of obstacles.
