Reflexology is a holistic complementary therapy, which is based on the theory that different points of the feet correspond to different areas of the body. It can be used to treat a wide range of disorders including skin and respiratory conditions, migraine, PMS and menopausal problems, chronic fatigue, stress, depression and anxiety or just simply to keep the body’s energy flowing and the mind in balance.
Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses massage and acupressure technique on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to re-balance your body's energies and reduce anxiety and stress.

EMMETT & Scarwork
The EMMETT Technique uses the application of light pressure at specific points and in sequences that enable muscle groups to gently release and relax.
EMMETT can be used as a stand-alone treatment and can also be integrated and combined with a range of other therapies, enhancing the end result.
The EMMETT technique uses the application of light pressure at specific points on the body that enable muscle groups to gently release and relax. Most people report a positive change with the concerns they came with and typical responses they and their animals experience are:
• Improved comfort within the area treated
• A sense of being ‘more grounded’
• Improved balance
• A greater range of movement in the area treated
• More restful sleep

What should I expect from an Ayurvedic consultation?
Consultation is key to establish one's imbalance and to devise a plan to restore balance and health. During our consultation I will be asking you about your past and present medical history, your current main disorders as well as family history. As well as medical information, we will be looking at your sleep patterns, your eating habits and your overall energy levels. All these factors are put together to create a holistic picture of your health. Ayurveda aims to restore balance to all aspects of life and doesn't see a disorder as an independent phenomena but rather, as a manifestation of a deeper imbalance. As such, the aim of a consultation is to find the roots of the disorder so that a plan can be created to remove those roots and restore health.
Based on our consultation, I will advise you on changes to your diet and lifestyle. Changes that will remove the cause of the disorder and will put you on the path towards health. You will be given meal plan recommendations, lists of food to avoid or consume and lifestyle recommendation to pursue or avoid.
As well as diet and lifestyle recommendations, herbs, oils, and minerals, are prescribed to support the body's path to balance. These herbs are sourced from a trusted laboratory in Sri Lanka with high standards of quality control which guarantee their quality, purity and potency.
I have trained as an Ayurvedic Practitioner and an ayurvedic lifestyle consultant at one of the most well-established recognised Ayurvedic Clinics in Europe, The Ayurveda Institute UK, under the strict clinical supervision of traditional Ayurvedic doctors Dr Deepika Rodrigo (B.A.M.S) and Dr Wathsala Wijesinghe. (B.A.M.S, MSc, M.D.).

Free Homeopathic Clinic
Alina and Noel
Alina Ascari and Dr Noel Thomas, G.P, continue, after six years, to provide, now with British Homeopathic Association funding, a free weekly homeopathic clinic for asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable people. They have wide experience in Wales, in the N.H.S, and abroad, particularly with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
The holistic nature of homeopathy means each person is treated as a unique individual and their body, mind, spirit and emotions are all considered in the management and prevention of disease. Taking all these factors into account a homeopath will select the most appropriate medicine based on the individual’s specific symptoms and personal level of health to stimulate their own healing ability. Happy to discuss with interested people and practitioners. The clinic will also treat those who can afford to pay as well, for a small fee.
