Integrative Psychotherapy
Howard Martin
You may be facing a difficult time in your life at the moment and looking for help and support. Are you feeling anxious, uncertain, depressed or generally unhappy? Having sexual or relationship issues? Perhaps you are trapped in patterns of behaviour or addictions that feel out of control? Sometimes we feel unable to talk things through with friends and family and want to speak to someone who is not involved and is trained to help. That’s where I can help as a psychotherapist. I can work with you by providing a space in which you can talk about and understand your situation and think about possible changes. Together, we can identify underlying themes and patterns of behaviour that get in the way of a happy and productive way of life and I can support you in achieving the life, relationships and well-being you wish for.

Judith Johnson
The EMMETT Technique uses the application of light pressure at specific points and in sequences that enable muscle groups to gently release and relax.
EMMETT can be used as a stand-alone treatment and can also be integrated and combined with a range of other therapies, enhancing the end result.
The EMMETT technique uses the application of light pressure at specific points on the body that enable muscle groups to gently release and relax. Most people report a positive change with the concerns they came with and typical responses they and their animals experience are:
• Improved comfort within the area treated
• A sense of being ‘more grounded’
• Improved balance
• A greater range of movement in the area treated
• More restful sleep
• Enhanced mood
• A sense of lightness within their body
• General wellbeing and relaxation

Alina and Noel
Alina Ascari and Dr Noel Thomas, G.P, continue, after six years, to provide, now with British Homeopathic Association funding, a free weekly homeopathic clinic for asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable people. They have wide experience in Wales, in the N.H.S, and abroad, particularly with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
The holistic nature of homeopathy means each person is treated as a unique individual and their body, mind, spirit and emotions are all considered in the management and prevention of disease. Taking all these factors into account a homeopath will select the most appropriate medicine based on the individual’s specific symptoms and personal level of health to stimulate their own healing ability. Happy to discuss with interested people and practitioners. The clinic will also treat those who can afford to pay as well, for a small fee.
