Free wellbeing support available for all patients over 18 registered with a Bay and City Cluster GP practice.

Learn strategies to stabilise symptoms of trauma. A 6-week group offering a mixture of acceptance and change coping strategies. These include Mindfulness, Controlling Emotions, Managing Distress, and Assertiveness Skills.
