We’re delighted to offer a free 12-week Tai Chi programme designed to gently support your body, breath, balance, and everyday vitality. Rooted in authentic Tai Chi and embodied wellbeing practices, this blended in-person and online course offers a nurturing start to the year ahead.

Dr Jar, Tai Chi & Taoist Embodied Arts Practitioner, Cultural Wellbeing Researcher. Dr Jar integrates Taoist practice, somatic awareness, and cross cultural wellbeing to explore how movement, breath, and presence restore a deeper sense of aliveness.
