Swansea Diabetes Support & Well-being Group

10:00-11:00, Saturday 13th December 2025



Great news Swansea, we’re launching a brand-new Diabetes Support and Well-being Group, and we’d love for you to join us. It’s open to anyone 18 or over, pre-diabetic, has type 1 & 2 diabetes, or gestational diabetes. Whether you live in Neath Port Talbot or Swansea, everyone’s welcome! It'll be a friendly, relaxed drop-in social group held *once a month—an easy-going space to share stories, swap tips, and make new friends. We look forward to seeing you there!

Refreshments will be available (tea, coffee, squash, biscuits).


This group does not replace your medical appointments with either your GP, Nurse Specialist or Consultant.


If you have any concerns about diabetes or think you maybe diabetic, please reach out to your GP. Some common symptoms are feeling very tired, peeing more than usual, feeling thirty all the time and losing weight without trying. Other symptoms can also include blurred vision and cuts or wounds taking longer to heal.
