Silver Swans® classes were developed by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) as a pilot project in response to a growing demand for ballet classes for older learners. Silver Swans® classes are only taught by Silver Swans licensed teachers and have been especially designed for the over-55s, although there is no upper or lower age limit to be a Silver Swan. If you are looking for a new way to keep fit and active, our ballet classes will put a spring in your step.
