You are warmly welcome to join us at the Swansea Wellbeing Centre Open Day on Saturday 29th September 9am-9pm.
Come and enjoy free taster sessions and classes and sample our wonderful food catered by Coolbeans, Maha & Nebal from Damascus and NazmaBotanica.
Somatic Movement
This friendly and inclusive class is designed to accommodate all ages and abilities. Lucy’s gently strengthening yogic and somatic exercises, followed by deep relaxation and positive visualisations will leave you feeling refreshed and re-vitalised!
