About the Event
One of the key benefits of Yin Yoga is that it releases deep-rooted tension in the body, particularly in the hips, back and legs. In this session, we use the quiet, still practice of Yin, supported by a deep soothing breath, to let go of tightness and even pain. Our series of long-held yoga poses also allow you to become more present with your experience, using the sensations in the body and the anchor of the breath to calm the fluctuations of a busy mind.
