This 3-week course is designed to help you manage anxiety, soothe an overactive nervous system, and help you feel more grounded in daily life. Each week you’ll learn simple, evidence-based, effective breath techniques to ease anxious thoughts, calm the body, and build emotional resilience.
Suitable for anyone experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or persistent stress – whether mild or more intense. No experience needed, and all practices will be adapted to meet your needs. Learn how to use your breath as a powerful, natural tool to feel safe, steady, and in control again.
Cost £20. Open to all over 18+.
