Are you or a loved one feeling overwhelmed by anxiety? Breathwork is a scientifically proven, natural and effective way to reclaim your peace of mind and enhance your overall wellbeing.
This 4 week course will be delivered by Penny, an advanced breathwork instructor, nature-lover and NHS Psychiatrist. You will be taught tools to manage immediate symptoms and learn practical techniques to cultivate a sense of calm, enhance self-awareness, and build resilience in the face of stress.
