Understanding Addiction

Starting Monday 10th June 2024

at 5.30 – 6.45pm

This 5-week therapeutic course is designed for family members or concerned others affected by someone else’s addictive behaviour. The aim is to:

· Provide a safe, structured place to help gain understanding of addiction and coping strategies.

· Ask questions and engage in interactive discussions concerning relationship patterns and trauma that may be linked with addiction.

· Connect with others in a similar situation to break the stigma and shame which so often impacts family members and concerned others.

Total Cost: £50.00 for the 5-week course
