Learn simple breathwork practices to steady the mind in moments of stress.
This two-hour workshop weaves together gentle movement, yin yoga and pranayama into one continuous, breath-led practice. Rather than treating breathwork as something separate, we will work with the breath throughout; using it to soften tension, settle the nervous system and support a quieter, more inward-focused state.
Beginning with gentle yoga and qi gong-inspired movement, we gradually move into yin yoga and accessible pranayama practices designed to support calm, clarity and rest. You’ll leave with practical techniques you can use independently in daily life, especially during times of stress, overwhelm or difficulty sleeping. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
