Restore Your Core (RYC®) is a whole-body approach to retraining your core and pelvic floor muscles so they actually support you in daily life. We combine concepts from pilates, yoga and more to help you rebuild strength from the inside out.
9:30-10:30 on Wednesday, 4th June - 16th July for a 7-session, beginners series.
These classes are open to all genders, all bodies and all levels of experience.
These classes are for you if you want to:
✔ Ease back, hip, or pelvic pain
✔ Rebuild trust in your body
✔ Strengthen your core
✔ Support diastasis recti
✔ Improve pelvic floor function
Beth has lived with chronic pain for over 20 years. RYC® helped her feel strong and resilient again—and now she helps others do the same. Beth also offer 1:1 sessions if you’d prefer an approach tailored specifically for you.
