Enjoy a fun and uplifting seated movement session set to inspiring world music. Suitable for all ages and abilities, this class supports wellbeing while helping to improve mobility, balance, and flexibility.
Sessions include gentle, guided movement, wonderful music, and the occasional use of props—all in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
