Kundalini Sound Bath
7pm Monday (once a month)
This is a nurturing sound bath experience which includes kundalini mantras, breath work, guided meditation and a full chakra cleanse. Up to 15 crystal quartz singing bowls are used , in addition to a 432 hz Crystal Harp, wooden instruments, chimes and Tibetan bowls. Offering is open to all and costs £10pp.
