Drawing from years of experience in leading teacher trainings across North America, Bali, and the UK, Adam has designed this program to provide both practical teaching tools and a profound personal immersion into Yin Yoga.
The training begins with a day of silence, allowing participants to fully engage in the practice of Yin Yoga and meditation. This structured approach ensures a direct and experiential understanding of the core principles and techniques that form the foundation of Yin Yoga.
This 25-hour training is ideal for teachers and practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge and skill in guiding Yin Yoga, while also enriching their personal practice.
