A restorative journey for body, heart, and nervous system
Tuesdays 7-8pm, starting 2nd September
Restorative Yoga & Somatic Movement to honour the rhythm of rest through the wisdom of the seasons, supporting you through life’s natural cycles and shifting energies.
Rooted in restorative yoga and somatic practices, this class invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of both body and nature.
Each session — and each seasonal series — is inspired by the energy of the world around us, moving between stillness, softness, and subtle vitality. Our first series, beginning in September, guides you through the gentle shift from late summer into autumn, supporting grounding, release, and preparation for the quieter months ahead. Subsequent series will explore the distinct energies of winter, spring, and summer.
You’ll be guided to tune in to what your body needs in the moment — whether that’s deep rest, gentle release, or quiet strength. Practices combine somatic awareness, supported restorative postures, and mindful exploration, helping to release tension, restore energy, and cultivate a sense of balance in body, heart, and nervous system.
Whether you’re new to yoga, seeking recovery from stress or fatigue, or simply craving consistent nourishment, this is a space to move gently, rest deeply, and honour the energy of the seasons — both in nature and within.
Through this mindful seasonal approach, rest becomes more than a pause — it’s a rhythm to integrate into your life, supporting wellbeing, resilience, and a deeper connection to your inner cycles.
